Location: Satellite Beach, Florida Central East, Florida, USA (10 Minutes from Melbourne - 1 Hour to Orlando)







Accommodations: Single Family Home, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 5-6)


Like new 3/2 single family house with 1 car garage. Living space with open floor plan, brand new granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, big screen tv in den, and dining table with 6 chairs. Master bedroom with queen size bed and chest of drawers for extra storage. Master bath with walk in shower. There is a large second bathroom with oversized vanity and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms, one with queen size bed and other with twin size bed and chest of drawers. Extra indoor storage closet in den. Fenced backyard with patio with table and chairs. All bedrooms have extra down comforters. There is a full size air mattress for extra sleeping if needed.  Washer/Dryer in Garage.  Wi-fi 





Eight minute walk (0.4 miles) to Pelican Beach. If you're looking for more activity you can walk down the beach to local hotels with beach bars and restaurants. There are also public beaches with volley ball courts a short distance away. Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, etc. Close to restaurants, shops and bike rentals. There is a marina nearby to rent boats and jet skis. Just a short drive over the causeway to historic downtown Melbourne where there are more shops including antique shops, restaurants and nightlife. Grocery stores and Wal-Mart are about a two minute drive from the house. There is a mall with Macy's department store about 15 minutes away as well as most large chain shops and restaurants close by. 




Orlando theme parks including Disney, Epcot, Universal, MGM, Sea World, etc. are about an hour drive. One hour to Orlando International Airport. Sebastian Inlet, famous for surfing is about 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock and depart are about a 40 minute drive north. Day and casino cruises available. World famous Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach is about 30 minutes away. Daytona Beach and West Palm Beach are about a 2 hour drive. Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville and Tampa are about a 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive.
